FAQs
Please bring the following items to your session:
Bathing attire
Flip-flops or sandals
Two towels (one for sitting and one for drying off afterward)
Water bottle. A water refill station is available on site, however, we recommend arriving fully prepared.
We do not have traditional showers on site. Instead, guests enjoy easy access to beautiful Lake Sammamish for a refreshing cold plunge between sauna rounds. It’s a natural way to cool down and a core part of the Nordic sauna tradition.
